Carlos Baltodano graduated from UC Berkeley wIth a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and a Master\u2019s Degree in City\/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. \u00a0Baltodano is currently the President and CEO \u00a0for Land development Consultants, and he is on the Board of Trustees for EOYDC (East Oakland Youth Development Center), and the Board for the Orinda Association. He serves as a Consultant for Interwest, Inc. Baltodano’s\u00a0former positions include Planning Commissioner and Chair for City of Orinda; Director \u00a0of Contra Costa County; and Chief Building Official for City of Hayward.<\/p>\n

Burkhalter is also a Co-Founder of GOALS.<\/span> Amarra Lee graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in Rhetoric and African American Studies, and she obtained a JD from UC Hastings College of Law. Lee is currently a Judge for the County of San Mateo, and a Guest Lecturer for UC Hastings College of Law\u2019s Legal Education Opportunity Program and the Council for Legal Education.
